This picture is from the Honey Milk tales part 2. You can find the story at the back of The Art of Cardcaptor Sakura Vol 1 and 2. This scene is where Tomoyo says to Sakura, "I sure hope he gets better soon." Then Sakura answers Yeah and watchs Syaoran walk away. Anyway I just thought it was really nice so I drew it and here it is.
